Certification
We expect a high level of quality from the partner companies/manufacturers we work with. That is why we and our offices abroad are in continuous dialogue with raw material producers, production factories and test & certification institutes to continuously update quality procedures. Our factories and production live up to ISO 9001 standard (Quality Management System) as a minimum, and when relevant also to ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management)
How does a reorder proceed?
When re-ordering a package, we take a previous order as our starting point. All data is saved and used as a basis for new production.
Rights
We occasionally receive inquiries from customers who ask about the fact that we reserve the copyright to the developed design/solution/product. This is normal industry practice and is unproblematic, as you as a customer have the right to use the developed design/solution/product. However, with the right of use, you do not have the right to reproduce, resell and/or redistribute the developed solution.
If you have plans for re-distribution, further development, etc. then speak to us about how we can meet these needs.
Do you provide technical assistance?
Yes to an extent, as we know your production facility well.

Depending on whether you want a standard or customized packaging solution, there will be differentiated start-up costs.
What is the process if I find a product I like?
You contact us and tell us about your wishes for the packaging you have in mind. We need to know a little about your product, circulation and budget.

We are happy to offer a non-binding meeting, where we match expectations for quality, delivery and price based on your packaging.
I can not find exactly the product I am looking for
We offer far more packaging solutions than those we have chosen to show under the various packaging categories. You are therefore welcome to contact us so that we can find the right packaging solution for you.
Is it possible to get specifically designed products?
Yes, this is very possible.
Is the packaging tested for eg functionality, leakage and durability?
Yes. All items are quality assured before delivery.
What materials can you produce in?
We produce packaging in virtually all materials, but primarily in plastics, cartons and innovative sustainable materials.
How is it ensured that the packaging produced can also be filled?
All packaging is function tested before delivery. We also send production samples for your approval.
Can I choose colors and logo etc. myself for my packaging?
Yes. Though there may be some restrictions for smaller editions.
Are there additional costs associated with delivery?
Our price is always include delivery costs.
Is the shipment insured by you?
By default, we always provide insurance for shipments.
Do you have products in stock?
We are not stock-bearing, but we can often deliver standard packaging within a short time.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the type of packaging.
Where are the products produced?
We have production in all over Europe and Asia.
Can I order samples?
You are always welcome to request samples of packaging.
